Naimat v. Shelbyville Bottling Company, et al. Represented the defendant in this action where the survivors of Judith Bash brought a claim for wrongful death against four defendants involved in a chain-reaction, high-speed collision on I-75. The case resulted in a defense verdict.

Heilig-Meyers Furniture Company Defended Heilig-Meyers in this action where the plaintiff claimed that he was disabled from the practice of medicine as a result of a motor vehicle accident with defendant's driver.
