Architects & Engineers
Architects and engineers turn to our firm for representation in negligent design and construction cases. We have successfully resolved many of these cases, including cases involving catastrophic building collapses resulting in serious injury and death. We have also successfully defended soil engineering companies that provided services in connection with the large construction projects where their alleged negligence resulted in the subsidence of major structures.
