Due to the large number of calls we continue to receive from Cobb EMC members, this web page is provided to assist members in following the progress of the lawsuit filed by certain Cobb EMC members against Cobb EMC, Cobb Energy, Dwight Brown and various directors of Cobb EMC, more particularly described as Edgar “Bo” Pounds et al. v. Dwight Brown, Cobb Energy Management Corporation, Cobb Electric Membership Corporation, et al., Civil Action File No. 07-1-9408-48, Superior Court of Cobb County, Georgia, before the Honorable J. Stephen Schuster and the Honorable Michael Stoddard (Special Master).
